Media Announcements

To add your event to our calendar complete the membership application below. Once approved, your username and password will give you access to our password protected announcement form. Whenever you have an upcoming event, log in and give us the 411.

1. You must complete our free membership application. Upon approval your username will allow you to log in to the event submission page and add your event.
   
2. As a member, you can only submit events you are producing. First violation will result in a one month suspension. The second violation will lead to removal of membership.
   
3. You may only use your username when submitting events.
   
4. We reserve the right to verify any event submitted to eJams Entertainment. All information submitted must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any false information submitted with your user ID may result in suspension or termination of membership.
   
5. eJams is not liable for any damages as a result of posting your information on our site. 
   
6. eJams Entertainment does not guarantee that all events submitted will be posted online. 
   
7. Please allow up to (5) five business days for membership approval by email (double check your email address before submitting the form).
   
8. All calendar events must be submitted by 12:00 PM Monday for submission the following Wednesday.
   
9. After a 60 day trial period we will grant you access to add your announcements directly to the calendar online.
   
10. All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
    
11. Any questions regarding any announcement must be submitted in writing via email to eJamsOnline@yahoo.com 
    
12. You may also email your announcement to our office for immediate consideration. Please send it to eJamsOnline@yahoo.com. Make subject title "Calendar of Events."
